Can Brain Entrainment Make You Live Longer?
It can if you use pleasure mental training to develop healthy habits.
If you are one of the few people who habitually exercise daily, always eats a healthy diet and are athletically physically fit, you know how good you feel about yourself. You probably also know that your life expectancy is ten or more years longer than the average inactive person.
If you exercice your mind and body daily you are more than likely addicted to it because of the pleasure chemicals that are being released in the brain when you exercise, and you look and feel younger when you are healthy and strong.
For most people though, regular exercise and working out is a painful or uncomfortable thing to do. It is easy to become sedentary and addicted to TV that puts us in a relaxing trans. It is also causing more rapid aging and a shortened life span.
What I am getting at is, if you are anything like me and find exercise and working out a painful and inconvenient experience, or have just given into that extra baggage around your middle as an unfortunate side effect of aging, or have a more serious problem with weight or lack of flexibility caused by inactivity, you will want the following information and my gift to you.
New technology makes losing weight, improving physical and mental health, achieving financial goals, and aging slower as easy as changing our mind. By changing our mind, I mean changing the way we think and reprogramming our subconscious mind.
Now, I’m sure your thinking to yourself, this can be no easy task, or everyone who was poor would change their mind and become rich and everyone who is overweight would lose it. The fact is they could if they got the right mental training.
Up until now, it was difficult, without very hard work, shear willpower and maybe years of education and meditation. However, new technology matched with God given gifts and human nature, provides a solution that is as easy as listening to a song for 30 minutes and letting it move us.
This is not just any song. It is a song specifically designed to stimulate certain automatic responses from the brain to reach a certain state of awareness and release endorphins and brain chemicals that enhance emotional response. It is 100% safe and it is effective on a large majority of people. A person who has had a lobotomy or never experiences emotion, may not get any results.
However, if you are like most people, you have experienced music that made you want to tap your feet, or get up and dance, this is a similar experience and is just as safe. Certain vibrations, sounds and patterns, even colors naturally elicit certain responses in our brain naturally, by what is called the frequency following response.
Certain Shades of red, for example emit a vibrational pattern of reflected light, that can make people very angry after prolonged exposure. Certain shades of gray, blue, green and white, on the other hand, tend to make people feel relaxed and docile.
Sounds, Music and drum beats, when matched to a specific brain frequency, can also elicit emotional responses.You have probably heard music or a song that made you feel like crying or laughing or drowsy or maybe the other extreme in which you wanted to stab a knife in your temple if you had to listen to another second of it. Just kidding.
The point is, we can use what we know about brain response and emotional response, to create a situation in which we can change our perceptions of what we like and don’t like. In so doing, we can change our health, our weight, our finances, even the course of our lives, by changing our minds with special music and meditation.
From a young age we develop habits that drive us on a subconscious level, based on pleasure and pain psychology. A painful experience as a child can develop lifelong fears that prevent or protect us from experiencing that pain again. Emotional pain is a little bit different, however.
Our subconscious mind does not conceive right or wrong, good or bad, or positive or negative emotions. Our Subconscious mind sees all emotional stimulus as a reward or pleasure. That is why negative emotions like hate, anger, sadness, bitterness, shame, fear, jealousy, depression, etc., always seem to fuel the fire and bring about more of the same into our lives. Positive emotions , likewise will draw more of the same, because we become driven by a force too powerful to resist to give our subconscious the pleasure of emotion that it seeks.
Before I bore you to tears, let me get to the point. Everything we are or possess, or lack in life is a direct result of our subconsciously driven actions, based on our limiting beliefs (usually mis-perceived or indoctrinated) and the sensory, emotional and self talk we feed our mind. The only way to change our habits or the direction of our lives is to attach more positive emotional pleasure to something we want to make a habit and make a bad habit seem like pain or less important than the new habit we want to replace it with.
The secret is, attaching an emotion to a subconscious proposal like a good salesman will create an emotional attachment to what he is selling, by finding your hot buttons through questions and conversation. Once he is able to tie one of your emotional triggers to his product or service, you become powerless to resist, and you have to have it it. Even if you can’t really afford it, you find a way to make it happen. Once an emotion is triggered there becomes a powerful driving force to fulfill that burning desire for the emotional reward. If you are craving sugar, or beer or food or drugs, or anything else on a subconscious level, you will somehow find a way to get it.
What if you could listen to a song that would sell a healthy slim body, or a successful business, or a loving relationship, to the supernatural driving force of your subconscious mind? What if a song caused you to crave a morning exercise routine more than you craved sugar, coffee or a cigarette in the morning? what if you craved salad more than potato chips or doughnuts?
What if the craving for knowledge and business activities were suddenly more powerful the desire to have a beer in front of the television this evening? How long do you think it would take for you to see a difference in your appearance and financial situation if that happened to you?
If a song could change your life, how often would you listen and what would it be worth to you?
I have a song. The original song is a great ambient song by a band called positively dark, called Tremors. It was rerecorded with isochronic monaural beats fluctuating in between 11.11 and 10.4 Hz. in the Alpha brainwave range. The first time I listened with the isochronic entrainment script, it was very relaxing, yet it made me want to stretch. It is also a toe tapper.
The second time I listened to it, I played it several times and ended up doing a calisthenics workout that left me incredibly euphoric. I knew then I was addicted to morning exercises, and the song. I had to record it on a loop so it would repeat 7 times over 35 minutes without having to start it over.
The third time, I was overwhelmed with emotion and a feeling of immense love. It brought tears to my eyes. Every day I listen and exercise right when I get up and am left in a wonderful mood all day. I didn’t weigh or measure myself when I started working out but after 7 days my pants belt was comfortable at 2 notches tighter than I have ever worn it since I got the belt a couple of years ago. Also, it could be nothing, but I suddenly had a craving for vegetable juice a few days later and I am still on that kick ever since. It’s funny, I never liked vegetable juice before. Coincidence? Maybe, but I’ll let you decide for yourself.
For thousands of years, drums were used at certain tempos to induce a trans like state for religious experiences or healing ceremonies of the participants.
For about the last 50 years, binaural beats were the preferred means to rapidly reach a specific mental state of awareness for meditation and mind training. Both can be effective to induce a frequency following response in the brain, however, drums are not scientifically accurate and binaural beats are only effective for about 2 out of 3 people and they can lose their effectiveness over time. Also, binaural beat therapy can be boring and if you add music to them, they can lose their effectiveness.
Until recent discoveries in brain science and audio technology, mental reprogramming and habit changing was very difficult even for those educated in this meditation and goal setting process.
The solution is isocronic tones and monaural beats with music. Monaural beats are like the drums that can be set to a specific frequency to induce a desired resulting brainwave frequency. Isochronic tones are like a combination of binaural beats and monaural beats and can be fluctuated in a way that simulates surround sound and causes the subconscious mind to immediately start following the frequency patterns.
It is a new kind of stimulus that the subconscious cannot resist focusing on. Unlike binaural beats that stay steady, isochronics can keep the same brainwave frequency while moving back and forth from ear to ear, causing extra focused attention on the part of the subconscious mind. This creates a perfect meditative state in which the subconscious mind is open to suggestions, commands and most importantly, emotional triggers. This is far more powerful and effective than binaural beats alone.
We know from years of scientific research what brainwave frequencies stimulate certain types of emotion and cause the brain to release certain endorphins and brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, that can create an addictive euphoria, that if attributed to a specific activity or image by the subconscious, the activity or object envisioned will be the source of a powerful addiction. Certain Foods (spicy), Sugar, chocolate, strenuous exercise, pain and sexual activity can also cause the release of these brain chemicals.
The reason people become so addicted to Crack Cocaine or ‘Crystal Methadone” that they will abandon their families and commit crimes to get more of the stuff, is because the drugs affect resembles or causes the release of dopamine in the brain. This affects the pleasure centers of the brain and is as rewarding as any emotion to our subconscious mind.
Even watching television causes dopamine release when we relax into an unfocused, extremely receptive state called the Alpha state or an even more relaxed Theta brainwave state. The Beta brainwave state is a more rapid frequency when we are very focused and intently working, or studying intently. Theta is a brainwave state that is from nearly asleep daydreaming, to asleep and dreaming. Delta is the slowest frequency that occurs in a deep, dreamless sleep.
When we are learning new skills or trying to memorize information, the brain releases endorphins to reward the brain for remembering or cataloging the information for later retrieval. This is why learning new things that interest us can be so rewarding and why so many people are addicted to TV. People can often recall more of what they see on TV than what they learn in school.
What if your addiction was the emotion ‘love’ and body loving activities like morning stretching or yoga, tai chi or weight lifting and healthy eating suddenly became your most important priorities? I had originally hoped to try to make certain boring business activities pleasurably, however with this ambient mix, I just can not sit still.
However, with exercise, it works great and I can’t wait to do it again. The key to success with this audio program is to relax into the music, the when it starts to move you, move with the music. You may find yourself dancing or doing calisthenics after a couple of times listening. Just don’t over do it if you are not used to exercising or you will become sore and the pain may overwhelm the pleasure. Also if you are elderly or have heart problems, just moving your arms and a little bit of stretching could be enough to make you feel great and with increasing energy.
It could take listening a few times for the brains frequency following response to kick in if you have never listed to binaural beats, isochronic tones. That is OK because it is pleasant to listen to anyway.

I think you know that there is some scientific proof that people only use something like 10% of their brain. And if you think about it we do some great stuff with those 10%, imagine what we could do with more. I think mental training to slow aging is definitely possible !
