The nicer ones, with extra fluffy stuff on top are, of course, my favorite, but it sounds to me like maybe that would be a problem for you since those are the parts that would be likely to get nested over time. I think I’d suggest getting the basic model and then buying whatever cushy mattress topper you might like (you can get the tempurpedic stuff or featherbeds or…) so that you can refresh it every once in a while.

Maybe hypnosis can be an “add-on”, but without exercise like crunches and situps i don’t think that long lasting weight loss can be archived.

Yes I can relate to the mind and body being connected. Oftentimes the decision to become fit and lose weight are interrelated and the decision to do so comes from the mind.

I agree that hypnosis can be a valuable way to lose weight. For many people over eating is a way of comforting themselves because of problems or fears they may have, this makes it very difficult to stick to a diet. Hypnosis could certainly help with these problems.

I have found that goal setting was the missing ingredient in my efforts to alter my body composition. I have set a body fat target that I wanted to achieve within a year, then broke that target down into monthly targets, so now I know I have to work my butt off week in and week out to have any chance of achieving my fat loss goals.
