Governments around the world use any means necessary to promote their agenda, control the press and their populace in order to maintain or grow their power. Recently declassified government documents reveal tens of millions of federal dollars approved by congress and spent on on top secret psychic espionage and 'supernatural' intelligence gathering, and other mind manipulation technology over the last 40+ years. The US government has been contracting out to research organizations for mind control research as well as training of CIA and military personnel for data mining. These organizations also provided research data used in the development of non lethal 'mind control' weapons used by the FBI and some law enforcement agencies for hostage rescue and disruptive crowd control. Other more powerful and lethal microwave and sound frequency weapons are still military classified, while some are being made available to law enforcement agencies in the US.
